Garry will be discussing a host of issues related to the failure of drug prohibition. Likely to come up is the swelling of America's prison population due to the government's attack on marijuana smokers, mandatory minimum sentencing, the racial bias of the current legal system and a host of other very topical issues.

This will be a 30 minute program.
