Synopsis: All current intelligence indicates that Bin Laden and Al Queada are using drug money to fund their operations. The now vital questions this POSES for real experts are:

1. If Al Quaeda is linked with groups that can smuggle tons of drugs into the US--what weapons of mass destruction might they also bring in piggybacked to drug shipments?

2. If CIA is still protecting drug traffickers, such as those in Afghanistan, as the current evidence indicates, will that dysfunctional agency once again wreak havoc on the people they've sworn to protect?

3. Why has the DEA, the agency that has proven itself as the most effective international covert operatives, been kept out of the so-called war on terror?

4. Is drug prohibition, in fact, putting huge amounts of money in bin Laden's coffers?

These questions and more will be tackled on this second of a two-part series featuring as guests: Judge, Jim Gray, California Superior Court Justice and spokesman for LEAP, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition and, Celerino Castillio III, the DEA agent who tried to prosecute Oliver North.
