In order to raise youth awareness on living a healthy, drug-free lifestyle, the STAR Council on Substance Abuse and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) are joining forces and will host a number of activities at area schools in observance of "Red Ribbon Week." "Red Ribbon Week is a chance to be visible and vocal in our desire for a drug-free community," Rachel Ganther of STAR Council said in a press release.
