There is a very enforced Health Canada program that starts at 0.5 mg (of synthetic THC) and increases to 1 mg capsules over a period of months, not minutes. Taking 5 mg of Cesamet (a synthetic THC drug) as a single dosage is totally irresponsible and possibly dangerous.
