Puder was to speak Wednesday to the Seattle Downtown Rotary Club about heroin in Vancouver and Seattle. Speakers now will be Dr. Alonzo Plough, director of Public Health for Seattle and King County, and Dr. Rob Thompson, executive director of the Washington Addiction Treatment Task Force.
