Miguel Angel Castro Prado, 48, former director of the state judicial police in Coahuila, disappeared Wednesday after leaving his home in the city of Torreon. Hours later, the body was found on the grounds of a local business. It was not known how the body ended up at the site. It was found without shoes and without dust on Castro's socks, Notimex reported.
