HABIT BREAKER

IF THE politicians are serious about the country's drug problem (Daily
Telegraph, April 8), why don't they have a naltrexone program in prison?

These people if allowed out untreated go straight back to their old
habits.

While in prison, why not give these addicts naltrexone? Hopefully
this will clean them up before release.

At least this is a start to a new drug-free life and would stop a lot
of theft.

Wouldn't it be good to see taxpayers' funds used to benefit the entire
community for a change?
