Irving Spikes is in jail in Gulfport, Miss., charged with selling more than four pounds of cocaine and his involvement in a shootout in front of a Biloxi, Miss., apartment building. Spikes was indicted last week in Fort Lauderdale on possession of cocaine and conspiracy to distribute the drugs.
