More people are now dying from cocain overdoses in Florida than are being murdered. Heroin deaths were up 51-percent last year. State drug czar James McDonough says deaths from those two drugs are ``absolutely out of control.'' Meanwhile, an 18-month investigation in Orlando has resulted in the arrests of 20 people and the seizure of more than 2-pounds of heroin.
