Pubdate: Wed, 31 Mar 1999 Source: United Press International Copyright: 1999 United Press International THREE CHARGED IN DRUGS-BY-MAIL BUSINESS TALLAHASSEE, Fla., March 31 (UPI) - Two Florida State University students and a third man have been arrested for allegedly running a mail order business in which they packaged and shipped kits to make the illegal drug GHB - a liquid depressant popular in the rave and club scenes. Charged with possession with intent to sell GHB are the students - Philip Hinton and Adam Worobec, both 20 - and Jeffrey Sherman, also 20. Investigators say the trio's illegal operation came to their attention after a box containing a GHB kit was returned to a local shipper as undeliverable.
