THREE CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER

ORLANDO, Fla., March 31 (UPI) - The fiancee and two friends of an
Orange County man who died of a heroin overdose have been charged with
manslaughter by culpable negligence.

Andrew Domanico died March 12, one of more than 130 heroin overdose
deaths in  the past five years in the Orlando area in the past five
years.

Sara David, Patrick Mehegan and Michael Posey are accused of watching
Domanico slip into unconsciousness and not notifying medical help.

Overdose victims recover routinely when paramedics are called to treat
them with Narcan, a heroin antidote.
