GALBRAITH A CONTENDER

I am sick of the opinion that the 1999 governor's race will be easy
for Paul Patton to win because he lacks competition. If people would
look past the stereotype they have created for Gatewood Galbraith,
they would find a very strong opponent.

His opinions on many issues, such as lower taxes and less government,
are exactly what Kentuckians have been wanting for years. If
Galbraith's critics could look past their misconceptions of him, they
would realize his potential as a notable force in Kentucky's
gubernatorial race. A number of medical associations and Galbraith
realize that marijuana is a valid source of medical therapy for
terminally ill patients and, therefore, support the legalization of
marijuana for this sole purpose.

Marijuana is a source of income in Kentucky, legally or illegally, so
why not legalize it and feed the taxes back into Kentucky's economy?

I support Galbraith for Governor.
