MOSCOW, January 29 (Itar-Tass) - Drug couriers have been apprehended and a large amount of potent drugs have been seized in a Dushanbe-Moscow railway train. An official in the transport police department told Itar-Tass on Friday that two Tajikistan residents (a man and a young woman) were carrying 1 kilogram and 719 grams of heroin to Moscow for sale. A pusher of hard narcotics has been arrested in Moscow Region and six packages of heroin have been confiscated from him, according to the regional police department. Over the past 24 hours, 102 drug pushers have been arrested in Russia, with 10.6 kg of marijuana, 6 kg of hashish, 755 grammes of opium, and 290 grammes of heroin confiscated. - --- MAP posted-by: Mike Gogulski
