WAYS TO HELP DRUG USERS QUIT

Matthew Stannard's "How we lost the war on drugs" is first-class quality.

Please request that Stannard do a follow-up on series of positive
alternatives to correct the evil consequences of the war.

One alternative could be a delegate to the 50 states authority to
prohibit -- tobacco and alcohol -- as drugs.

Then require the sole sources of any authorized drug to be state-run drug
stores. Require each state-run drug store to have an adjunct clinic to help
any drug users who wants to quit.
