SAN DIEGO COUNTY: 'METH CAPITAL'

SAN DIEGO, - The first ofseveral billboards warning
people about the dangers of methamphetamine went up yesterday in El
Cajon (kuh-HOHN). County  and community anti-drug groups are starting
an anti-drug push in San Diego  County because of the rise in crime
related to meth use. The area has the  dubious distinction among law
enforcers as the ``Meth Capital of the World,''  and authorities want
to lose it.
