HUNDREDS ARRESTED

Police in Iran reportedly arrested 800 drug dealers and addicts in a
crackdown in Tehran. "Most of the arrested persons are homeless people from
other cities" a police official said. The arrests took place Monday near
Azadi Square in west Tehran.
