RETHINK THE WAR ON DRUGS

I'm writing to thank you for publishing the op-ed piece by Tonie Nathan, "
It's time to rethink the war on drugs" ( June 28th ). It's a great
commentary. Also, I'm hoping that one of these days similar thoughts will
be expressed in your lead editorial.

Remember the slogan of the 1990s is " Just say know."
