Res. 372). Congress is relying on that intellectually vacuous rhetoric of: "It sends the wrong message to the children." It is difficult to fathom how denying sick people medicine and putting them in jail is the 'right' message. It is even more preposterous when their 'right' message says that we should judge a person on the content of their urine rather than on the content of their character. It is obvious that the posturing mountebanks on Capitol Hill are only interested in protecting our children from that danger called the truth. Please write or call your representative and urge them to vote no on H. Res. 372. Let them know that Proposition 215 is the law in California, and any negative action they take on this matter is in direct violation of the 10th Amendment.
