Drug addicts steal to support their habits and we taxpayers, who work hard for our money, and senior citizens who are suffering on low incomes are paying for this. It isn't free, it's our tax money! And, please, I never want to hear that term, "recreational drugs." Nobody should be using unprescribed drugs and if more start dying over it the word might get out that drugs are not the thing to do! It's time to stop making excuses and time to start looking at supporting those who work hard all their lives, abide by the rules and pay their taxes - law-abiding citizens.
