FOOLISH RAID Cops just raided a bunch of grass retailers and nabbed 90 people, so then they demonstrated outside police HQ. A lot of good that will do. These idiots jumped the gun and did business before it is actually legal. They set up store fronts, with bold signs, just asking for it. They basically provided an irresistible target for the cops - no undercover investigation needed, no hunting for them, it just cannot get any easier. Sure the activists claimed there are no victims, etc., but you provide such opportunities for the cops to fill their quotas and statistics, and now you are complaining of being the sacrificial lamb! Maybe they smoked too much and lost too many brain cells. Many of the drug arrests in the past were due to outright carelessness and disregard to even basic precautions. Cops have a pipeline straight to the taxpayers' wallets, so they can demonstrate forever and get nowhere. They should just leave their business management to someone with enough brain cells left! to avoid troubles. Tony Lam Toronto - -------------------- (The cops were just doing their jobs. They don't control the timetable for when Justin Trudeau will legalize pot. For now, these marijuana dispensaries are operating outside the law and the police had little choice but to act) - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
