NO PTSD RELIEF

I am frustrated with doctors in Saskatoon.

I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to a very
traumatic event five years ago, and I'm also a former army service
member. I have seen almost every doctor in Saskatoon at every clinic,
trying to get prescribed medical marijuana for my PTSD.

I suffer from this daily, and I am unable to work or find help with my
symptoms. For years I tried pharmacy medications prescribed by
doctors, but these all had side-effects that greatly outweigh the
positives in treating my PTSD.

Medical marijuana helps with all symptoms of PTSD with no
side-effects. I have exhausted all efforts to get this drug legally. I
wrote, called, visited and complained to everyone from the College of
Physicians to the Health Ministry to Sask. Mental Health, and have no
option but to try it illegally.

I will not know where it comes from, who grows it, or if there are any
pesticides or mould in it. I will gamble with my health again in order
to get relief from my symptoms. I also have to gamble with getting a
criminal record or prosecution.

I want the College of Physicians to help promote and educate
Saskatchewan doctors on the positives that medical marijuana has for
PTSD patients.
