SHOULD YOU LEGALIZE MARIJUANA

I THINK they should charge a big license fee.

I think they should issue a separate application fee, one to grow and
one to sale.

I think they should require that applicants must have certification.

I think they should have age eligibility requirements to grow and sell.

Only local residents can grow and sell. They can hire laborers but
not buy from another farmer. They can be allowed to have a business
partner, but must pay for another business license fee.

Both consumers and vendors must pay a tax.

Enforcement should be very strict. Failure to comply will result in
losing one's license to sell, grow, and consume.

Selling and buying can be done only in certain areas designated by a
licensing board. The board members should consist of 5 experts in
medicine and behavioral science and agriculture; 3 consumers; 3
providers; and 3 from government agencies. For a total of 14 board
members half of whom should be locals.

No import or export of the product should be allowed.

HA, HA, HA, HA, HA! I bet everyone is thinking of such.

I think the members of the Legislature should do research and public
education first before you legalize it. I still think it's important
for the safety of our tiny islands.

Members of the Legislature should considered bringing experts for
public education and awareness if you're going to legalize it.

Peace to all.
