B.C. BUD MAY BE SOLUTION TO END PIPELINE DEBACLES

I've come up with a solution to the current oil/gas pipeline
controversy. This plan will have the full support of B.C. residents:

* Legalize marijuana.

* Make B.C. bud a recognized agricultural crop.

* Form a Crown corporation to market and price B.C. bud. Including
the creation of processing plants and warehouses.

* Establish a pipeline system which will deliver B.C. bud to every
customer in the province and to export terminals on the coast.

* The B.C. bud can be made to flow through pipelines by liquefying
the product or by drying and aerating the product.

* In these forms B.C. bud can be moved in a pipe and stored like
conventional fluid ready for packaging at the sales source.

* Any leaks and spills would not cause environmental damage. Not
explosive. No risk to woods, waters or oceans.

* Hugely popular product would give new business opportunity to
farmers and stop the transfer of agricultural land to build condos.

* Immigration to B.C. would increase tenfold making us the biggest
economy in Canada. Pipelines to Alberta would be reversed such would
be the demand for our product. The provincial government would be
debt free in the first year of sales. All the traditional government
subsidies would be restored.

* Environmental activists would welcome this natural product into
their communities.
