YES ON A, NO ON B IS A WIN-WIN FOR ALL

I have a voter education problem. Will you help me? Commercial pot
grows are a Butte County problem, not just a rural problem. The
impacts are far-reaching: DUI drivers, crime, environmental damage to
water, wildlife, terrain, etc.

Voters will decide the fate of many property owners in rural Butte
County. For we will not live a life of fear and dread - the cost of
being neighbors to commercial pot grows. Losing yes on A, no on B
will mean selling out to commercial pot growers.

Guns and violence are guaranteed if stable families abandon rural
Butte County. Know that pot is the only crop requiring lethal force
for protection. Neighborhood blight will prevail. Pot will grow 100
feet from other homes and only 800 feet from school bus stops. Nasty
odors and dogs, which can't be contained, will escape from 8-foot
perimeter fences. Your water will be polluted and wildlife will
disappear, as there is no federal or state oversight. Meanwhile,
commercial pot grows will put your family in harm's way.

Measure A alows "patient access." Commercial pot growers know this,
but are greedy. They assume they can outsmart folks vulnerable to the
influence of money. Clearly, they believe you, the voter, are for sale.

I believe voters are smart, independent thinkers who cannot be
bought. Don't let intellectual elitists sell you out.

A is OK, B is bad. Protect patient access and the children of Butte County.
