MEASURE B WOULD BE BAD FOR BUTTE COUNTY

Measure B is an initiative written by the dopers, growers and
marijuana traffickers. No elected officials or law-abiding citizens
were consulted in the writing. This initiative only helps
pot-for-profit growers. It allows unlimited grows.

If passed, expect to see an increase in growers from out of town,
state and country coming to Butte County. It would set up and allow
unrestricted pot-for-profit grows. You can expect gangs to follow to
control and take over the profit growers.

The initiative does not allow the Board of Supervisors or any citizen
to change it. If passed you will not have a complaint process. You
must accept the increase in violent crimes, drive-by shootings,
home-invasion robberies and killings.

Marijuana grows use uncontrolled amounts of water, pesticides and
fertilizers that eventually run into our creeks, rivers, and lakes,
polluting them. The smell from maturing marijuana plants (skunk
smell) can keep you from enjoying any outdoor activity if you live by
a grow. It doesn't help any patient. Bad for the community, bad for
the environment, just a bad proposition.

Vote no on B - B is bad.

One should look at the latest university study on marijuana by the
John Hopkins School of Medicine, Department of Neurological Science.
They found that even small amounts of marijuana cause brain damage.
We don't need brain-damaged people living off the tax-free profit
from marijuana writing laws.

Vote yes on A, no on B.
