POT BUSINESSES MAY GET GREEN LIGHT TONIGHT

City Council is expected to rewrite Pueblo's moratorium on
recreational marijuana businesses tonight to allow three categories of
wholesale pot businesses to operate in the city: marijuana growers,
product makers and testing companies.

The amendments are on the agenda for council's regular meeting at 7
p.m. at City Hall.

Also up for action is a resolution to name a new East Side branch of
the Pueblo City-County Library District after Patrick A. Lucero, an
East High School graduate and Army soldier who was killed in Vietnam
in 1968. Lucero's name was recommended to a library district committee
that is making the recommendation.

Council has its regular work session at 5:30 p.m.
