POT CLUBS VS. BOOZE

Why should San Francisco have only 28 cannabis clubs ("Planners favor 
tighter pot club buffer zones," March 28) when it has 3,744 licensed 
alcohol outlets? Supervisor John Avalos has the right idea. A better 
balance between the two would improve public safety and health.
