COLUMN HIT THE MARK

EDITOR,

Ben Lypka got an arrow-splitting bull's-eye ("B.C. missing its 
'pot'-ential," Chief, March 13). Millions of citizens can hardly wait 
to pay taxes rather than use the underground black market to acquire 
the God-given plant cannabis (marijuana), which is going to be 
purchased either way.

A sane or moral argument to continue one of North America's worst 
policy failures in history doesn't exist.
