REGULATION VITAL TO LEGALIZED POT

Regardless of whether or not marijuana is legal, consumption patterns
of current users are unlikely to change, especially without education
and treatment programs funded under Initiative 502. Underage children
already have access to marijuana, and I-502 could help to make it
unprofitable for drug dealers to do business in Clark County.

It's not a question of will marijuana be consumed, but of where and
how the revenue will be directed - the backstreet drug dealer that
feeds the money into organized crime or will it go to the state and
our community to fund needed programs?

It makes no sense to change the law to allow the public to have
marijuana without addressing where it is sourced. To do otherwise
effectively protects the income of drug dealers in Clark County.
