N.J. TAKING A STEP FORWARD WITH HEMP LEGALIZATION

It's encouraging to see more states allowing hemp cultivation ("New 
Jersey hemp license bill clears Assembly panel," Nov. 25).

Colorado re-legalized hemp cultivation when it simultaneously 
re-legalized cannabis (marijuana) a year ago and the sky has not fallen in.

Now free American farmers may grow hemp just like communist Chinese farmers.
