No Joint Agreement on Pot

CONTROLS?

If the experience of members of Narcotics Anonymous, the Palmer Drug
Abuse Program and many other treatment and rehabilitation programs is
completely ignored and this mood-altering gateway drug is legalized
it will be interesting to see how the growers, processors,
distributors and merchants can be identified so that they can be
controlled and taxed in a manner similar to tobacco products.

It will be fun to watch how the manufacturers control THC content and
other attributes of marijuana like tobacco folks control tar and
nicotine content. Perhaps the recent news accounts of stores being
burglarized by cigarette thieves might be considered by those
considering legalization of this much stronger drug.
