TRUDEAU ON WRONG PATH

Scant weeks ago, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau informed a young group
in B.C. that he no longer wanted to just decriminalize marijuana, he
wanted to totally legalize it.

His subsequent rationale was by regulating it young people would be
protected.

Obviously, he is oblivious to the fact this is the case with both
alcohol and tobacco, yet underage Canadians still get a ready supply
of these substances.

Now he admits to having used pot; the actual number of times is
sketchy. Was this actually the driving force for legalization?

As a sitting MP, his total disregard for our narcotic laws shows poor
judgment from someone seeking the top job in Canada.

What bothers me even more about this admission is that, coming from a
role model who claims he wants to protect young Canadians from
experimenting with pot, it will encourage this very group to try it.

I guess attracting a certain group of voters trumps protection of our
youth.
