OK, I have the perfect solution to solving a heated issue. It's as
ridiculous as Norma Torres's proposed law, but at least it's fairer.

Torres states she wants to collect valuable data. My question is: If
you're citing statistics on legal and illegal drugs causing traffic
accidents, why are you only targeting marijuana?

If you want a true picture of the traffic accident statistics, you
need to cite all drivers who have ingested any type of drug!

Science can then break those statistics into what type of drugs
(legal or illegal) are influencing those statistics.
