Dear Editor,
Captain Brian P. Johnson, LAPD Pacific Division's patrol commanding
officer points out an eye-opening fact that cannibas ( marijuana ) legal
action can have a negative effect on students' futures. What Johnson
is really saying is that cannibas prohibition is more harmful than the
plant itself. It's time to end cannibas prohibition before it harms
anyone else.
