My opinion on the subject is not important or relevant. What is relevant is the state's plan to tax the sale of it. That is just wrong. I am not a doctor, but apparently there is enough medical evidence to justify the usage of it to alleviate pain and suffering of certain medical conditions. If the state does indeed tax what has been determined to be a medicine, one can only wonder what medicine will be next. Antibiotics, perhaps?
