MARIJUANA IS NOT ILLEGAL

So the citizens of Port Hope, are concerned about image and security,
in respect to marijuana cultivation. May I point out, Port Hope's
image is not too cool, when supporting the prohibition of a substance
which saves lives. Under prohibition, lives are threatened when we
have a government permitting and concealing, unauthorized covert human
experimentation upon unwitting human subjects.

While the people of Port Hope are trying to ban a life saving
substance, some child is screaming verbal profanities under a local
cranium incision. I find it most demented, that anyone would object
to the cultivation of marijuana, when this substance kills cancer
cells, blocks epileptic seizure disorder, prevents Alzheimers,
addresses glaucoma , etc.

May I remind the people of Port Hope, that on Dec. 10, 1997, our
marijuana laws were declared unconstitutional by Justice Patrick
Sheppard, which was upheld by the Ontario Court of Appeal, July
31,2000, (Catzman, Charron, and Rosenberg) This decision was not
appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada, and government has not
re-enacted Criminal Code statute upon marijuana. Therefore it is legal.

Where is the justification as to oppose the cultivation of marijuana,
once a law has been declared unconstitutional? I spent 24 painful
years before the courts, as to avert the genocide of those who suffer
epilepsy. Every year across Canada, 2,400 to 4,600 people die, as a
result of status epilepticus. Port Hope's image is not too good, when
supporting government corruption, and genocide.
