POLICE INSIGHT

Letter writer James Dawes dismisses the poll showing most Vancouver
beat police officers are critical of the the free drug clinic Insite.

I guess Dawes' opinion is supreme and anyone else who has insight into
Insite can go fly a kite.

Who else would know how effective (or not) Insite is than the police
who patrol the area at all times, who know about crime increase or
decrease, and who know the drug users and their criminal history, if
they have one?
