Salt and Drugs

Re: "Deadly shooting linked to B. C. gang; Victim's brother
recovering in hospital,"
Sept. 7.

Government policy and law have been designed to increase the
subterfuge, and the corruption extends to our courts, the RCMP and
other public agencies. This is nothing new. Cannabis arrests are at an
all-time high while overall crime has been going down since 1992.

Prisons are where gangs recruit new members. Gangs are attracted to
drugs because of the high profit margin imposed by prohibition laws.
Our lying government manufactures a steady stream of nonsense to
justify its irrational conduct, the details of which could fill libraries.

The harm caused by prohibition and legal drugs are massive compared to
the harm of illicit drugs. Every drug, medicine and poison should be
legal and regulated. Cannabis is safer than table salt. Does salt
prohibition sound like a clever idea, or does a balanced diet make
more sense?
