Nice of Gwynne Dyer to tell the story about many countries 
decriminalizing drugs.

But how could he miss the fact that Canada is going in the opposite 
direction by bringing in mandatory minimums for drug offenses.

Mandatory minimums have failed in the U.S.A.

Why is (Prime Minister Stephen) Harper bringing them in to Canada?
