The article was obviously for legalization. After all, two presidents have used it. It is one thing to try it. Becoming addicted is another. The accompanying photo was interesting. Wow — talk about second-hand smoke! I believe the law allows a child to be taken from a parent who smokes while the child is in the car with her. Neighbors can sue neighbors for second-hand smoke drifting into their yards, likewise with apartments. We recently had a murder of a 17 year old in our area. Money and marijuana were involved. How will minors and jobless people pay the $50 tax per ounce without resorting to crime? I don't think the U.S. will remain a great nation if it becomes a nation of pot heads. Already, we are having enough difficulties with millions (including corporations and politicians) sucking the government tit. I hope to read future articles on the other side of the debate.
