LEGALIZE MARIJUANA TO EASE SUFFERING

From cancer victims to the person who lives with severe chronic pain,
the words "pain and suffering " remind us of some distress that we
lived with or through. Someone you might know is living in pain right
now. Taking many medications that have numerous terrible side effects,
some of which could cause death, just trying to ease the pain. There
are times that the prescribed medicine is being stretched out because
the cost is so high a patient cannot afford to take as prescribed.

For just one minute, let's set aside all of our previous thoughts and
feelings on marijuana and take a look at its benefits. Think about
that friend or loved one suffering with cancer or AIDS who has finally
had their appetite restored. The pain that can finally be diminished
to the point that life can be tolerable again.

Marijuana prohibition has been a wall set up that has prevented so
many people from being able to enjoy their lives to a greater degree.
Help bring new money into our state as well as take care of those who
could truly benefit from its medical aspects.

We beg for mercy and for change and ask you please, "Mr. Obama, tear
down this wall."
