JUDGE WAS RIGHT TO THROW OUT MAJOR DRUG CASE

Charter Rights were infringed The judge who found two alleged drug
dealers' Charter Rights infringed upon had grounds to find them
infringed upon in more ways.

It's quite unfortunate, but our drug prohibition laws are fraudulent.
Opium was added to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act as a
blatantly racist political maneuver to oppress Chinese immigrant
workers. Cannabis was added to appease the hysterical rants of
everyone who fell under William Randolph Hearst's spell.

His brand of lying yellow journalism was plagiarized by Judge Emily
Murphy in The Black Candle. With no debate, no scientific evidence
and no call to action from the public, cannabis became illegal.

Prohibition is corruption. It's also a really handy way for bullies
to do what they do best. Standing up to them is the only way to end
this injustice.
