JOHNS NEED TO BE EXPOSED TO STAMP OUT ADDICTION

A community garden for South Nanaimo sounds like a nice idea, however
this plan for inclusiveness leaves out two crucial players -- the
johns and the drug-pushers.

City social planner John Horn looks at drawing in people who are "not
drug users or selling their bodies."

But these women and girls are one and the same, no "or" about
it.

Women don't sell their bodies unless they have a ferocious addiction.
Otherwise, it is a nightmare for a woman to have physical relations
with a man that they are not attracted to or do not love.

None of these johns looks like David Beckham or Brad Pitt, or even
George Clooney.

If this community really wants to stamp out addiction and the
resulting problems, then the johns that keep the drug trade
flourishing must be targeted.

Expose them and stop protecting them.
