As for the "impaired" charges involving marijuana, they can be subjected to a constitutional challenge, so that law can be struck down as well. In the meantime, police continue violating people's civil rights and liberties in the name of "safety." What balderdash. We should all be ashamed of allowing ourselves to become slaves to our own hired public servants.
