A search of Frank Diener's home "uncovered several items of contraband," Officer John Kuklar wrote in requesting action from U.S. District Judge Joy Flowers Conti. The petition did not specify what items were found. Conti sentenced Diener, 59, to a year and a day in prison in May 2007 on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, as well as obstruction of justice. He was released from prison May 30, when he began serving three years of supervised release. - --- MAP posted-by: Larry Seguin
