SHOULD SCHOOLS RANDOMLY TEST KIDS FOR DRUGS?

Blame government, not kids

Why would we test our children? It is the government's fault that 
drugs are here. The Mexican border is open for the $2 billion dollars 
a year of dope to enter.

Why blame the students or the adults for that matter? When there is 
money involved, there are NO rules.
