A MARKED MAN

MARC EMERY WILLFULLY created his present dilemma.

Several years ago the U.S. Drug Czar came to Vancouver to deliver an 
after-dinner speech. Marc Emery and his buddies purchased a table and 
proceeded to rudely heckle the man, embarassing all the Canadian law 
and order officials in the audience. After that incident, he was a marked man.
