Stockton police Detective Matt Garlick and San Joaquin County sheriff's Deputy Linda Jimenez and officers from the Elk Grove Police Department and Drug Enforcement Agency traveled to the capital to receive the 2007 National Marijuana Eradication Initiative Award from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
