"The pulping of this offensive document was the only option Health Minister Reba Meagher could take," Mrs Skinner said. "The decision of the Health Minister's department to produce this document in the first place casts fresh doubts about Reba Meagher's judgment." She called on Mrs Meagher to confirm how many pamphlets were produced, and how much it cost taxpayers. "Drug education must carry the simple message that it is never safe to take illegal drugs," said Mrs Skinner.
