PROGRAM WORKED

I am appalled at city council's decision to cancel a program that's
been proved by a University of Ottawa study to prevent the spread of
deadly diseases. As a resident and property owner in the Byward
Market, I am embarrassed that this city chose tourism over the health
of its own residents.
